ProHair is New Zealand’s home for salon-grade haircare. Backed by over 100 years of lived industry experience, we know what slows people down and what keeps them moving. We keep haircare easy to choose, use, and trust — so you can focus on what matters most.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment through the secure options available on our website.
Your payment details are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services beyond our control.

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and will always honour your rights under New Zealand law.

Note: If you purchase products for business use (for example, for resale or use in a salon), you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
