Shipping & Delivery

We like to keep things simple.

All ProHair orders are shipped nationwide across New Zealand.

For retail customers:

• Free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100 NZD
• Flat rate of $5.99 NZD for orders under $100 NZD
• Shipping available nationwide.
• We ONLY ship within New Zealand.
  
  

For B2B customers:

• Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150 NZD
• A shipping rate of $13.95 applies to all wholesale orders placed through ProHair.
• Wholesale shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout for logged-in B2B customers. 
  
  

Delivery.

⚠️ Courier partners may experience higher volumes at times, so deliveries can take a little longer than usual.
All orders are dispatched from our Christchurch warehouse.

• South Island: Usually next working day
• North Island: Allow 2–3 working days
• Rural: Allow an extra 1–2 days

We use Post Haste and Castle Parcels for all deliveries. Once your parcel’s on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
