• Own, operate, or purchase on behalf of a salon or professional business
  
• Provide sufficient information for us to verify your professional status

All applications are reviewed, and access is granted at our discretion.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST

• Trade pricing is reserved exclusively for approved customers and must remain confidential
  
• Pricing may be updated from time to time without notice

• Flat rate shipping for all trade orders is $19.95
  
• Trade orders are not eligible for discount codes

• Payment is required in full at checkout
• Flexible payment options, including Afterpay, are available
• Credit accounts are not currently offered

• We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items only
  
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
